OSCE Examiner ("the service") is operated by SQH Technologies (registered in India). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
- Account data from Clerk: email address, name, and the sign-in method you chose. Used only to authenticate you.
- Practice attempts: the transcript of each station you run (your typed/spoken answers and the simulated patient's replies), the AI-generated score and feedback, the station you picked, and the time. Stored so you can review your own progress on the Dashboard.
- Usage events: API endpoint, model used, and anonymous token counts per call. Used to track service cost.
What we don't
- We do not sell your data, ever.
- We do not use your transcripts to fine-tune or train any AI model. Calls to the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) are stateless on our side.
- Voice audio is generated on the fly by OpenAI's TTS endpoint and is not stored.
Where it lives
Account data is held by Clerk. Attempts and usage events are stored in a Neon Postgres database hosted in the US East region by default. The app is served from Vercel's edge network. By using the service you consent to your data being processed in these jurisdictions even if you are accessing the site from India, Australia, or elsewhere.
Closed beta note
This is a closed beta. You're here because we personally invited you. Please don't share login links. Don't enter real patient identifiers (names, dates of birth, file numbers) — invent test cases.
Get your data, or delete it
Email drshreydhawan@gmail.com and we'll send you a JSON export of everything we hold about you, delete all your attempts, or close your account — your choice, within 7 days.
