Terms of use
Last updated: June 2026
OSCE Examiner ("the service") is operated by SQH Technologies, registered in India. By signing in, you agree to the following. We've kept it short.
What the service is — and isn't
OSCE Examiner is a private exam-practice tool. You speak or type to a simulated patient generated by a large language model. You then receive AI-generated feedback structured like an OSCE rubric.
This is not the Australian Dental Council exam, not affiliated with it, not endorsed by it, and not a substitute for it. The score the tool returns is practice feedback, not an exam result.
Not clinical advice
The simulated patient is a language model. It will sometimes be wrong. Nothing on this site is medical or dental advice, for you or for any real patient. Do not enter real patient information. Do not act on the tool's output in a real clinical setting.
Use it fairly
- One account per person. Don't share login credentials.
- Don't scrape, mass-export, or use it to train a competing product.
- Don't try to break the rate limits or use the API to generate content unrelated to OSCE practice.
Beta program
Access is by personal invitation only during closed beta. We may revoke access at any time, change the feature set, or take the service offline without notice. There is currently no payment, no guarantee of uptime, and no warranty.
Your stuff is yours
Your transcripts and score reports belong to you. We hold them only so we can show them back to you on your Dashboard. See the Privacy page for export and deletion.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, SQH Technologies is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including any exam outcome, clinical decision, or harm flowing from reliance on AI output.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
