How we pick 🧠

The AI shortlists, then our judges choose. Judges read your written transcript, not your voice, and they don’t see your name. We look for:

• ✓ Clear communication

  Would a worried patient feel heard and know what happens next?

• ✓ Plain language

  No jargon. Short sentences. Kind.

• ✓ Short and to the point

  Everything useful, nothing extra.

• ✓ Safe

  Nothing clinically wrong or risky.

The fun rules 📜

• 🙋 Who can enter: anyone with an OSCE Coach account (a free one is fine), aged 18 or over. One entry per person, matched by your ADC number. The team, judges and mentors can play for fun but can’t win.
• 🔒 Your privacy: we don’t keep your voice recording, only the written transcript. We only share your name or your answer publicly if you say yes. Otherwise it stays anonymous. Ask us to delete your entry at any time (contact us). See our privacy policy.
• ✋ One rule: the scenario is ours and original. Please don’t use or describe anything from a real exam. Entries that do will be disqualified, along with entries from duplicate accounts.
• 📣 Winners are told by email on their account. If a winner doesn’t reply within 7 days we may pick another.
• 🔧 If something breaks, we may change or cancel the challenge and will tell everyone.
